“We had a great stay! The room was beautiful, clean, and bright with all the comforts of home. The bed was soft, and the linens were so fresh. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, a coffee machine, and a mini fridge. The neighborhood was quiet but still close to everything we needed. The staff assistant is surely better than in any other hotel, we didn’t near “no” for any of our requests from housekeeping, reception, room service, spa.. everyone was extremely helpful and we got a cake for celebration, room decoration, late check out, and everything we could need! Thank you Rihan and Abdallah from reception! And of course, all the staff is so smiley! It leaves a great impression!
