The family journey was truly the best. Following a long trip from Oman to Dubai, we were delighted to discover a piece of heaven in this place. The staff are incredibly well-trained—it really feels like they’ve all received top-notch training in customer service and hospitality. Everyone we met was güler yüzlü (always smiling) and kind, making us feel right at home. The resort itself is spotless and well-maintained. The value for money is 100% worth it—not only do you get luxury and comfort, but each night includes free tickets to Dubai Parks and Resorts theme parks, which is an amazing bonus for families and adventure seekers. A special thanks to Samreen, who was so sweet and consistently welcoming. Her smile and attitude truly brightened our stay.
