The service was 10/10, and the view from the room was beautiful. We could see both the train station and the sea, which made it very special. I also highly recommend booking their private onsen—it was a relaxing and fun experience!

The room and common areas were very pleasant. I had a very relaxing time at this hotel. The location is ideal, in downtown Aomori. The staff is attentive and answered my questions kindly. If I have the opportunity to return to Aomori, I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Great all inclusive especially for beer enthusiasts. The room had a lot of space even with the futons laid out. We enjoyed the open air bath in the room and the private onsen. The meals were fantastic especially the dinners.

It was absolutely exceptional, from the food, to the staff, to the service and hot springs, everything was simply immaculate. You cannot get any better than this.
