Very clean flat with a huge balcony

Very clean apartment in fantastic location! Lovely garden outside. Well designed space like small but cosy and everything was there. Few steps away from the thermal baths. Comfortable stay overal 😊 We recommend this place 👌

An amazing hotel with great Swiss vibe. To get there by car you have to cross scary and exciting twisty mountain roads reaching heights of well above 2 km (Furka Pass, Grimsel Pass, Nufenen Pass) and when you get there, you are greeted by cowbell sounds, mountain views and unique Swiss style hotel styling. The room is nice and very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. I would give this hotel 5 ⭐!

Modern and cosy hotel just 100m from slopes. Very convenient location. Close to skating ring and restaurants. Renovated with unique vintage style. Great lobby and bar area. Loved chess and free cake for goûter. Nice restaurant with delicious cuisine. Friendly and welcoming staff. Big and warm swimming pool. Well equipped gym. Looking forward for renovated sauna, hammam and hot spring (the only non/renovated parts).

The spa and facilities is good, especially the outdoor onsen surrounded by the snow alps. Staffs are helpful and friendly too.

A great hotel to stay - where wellness and relaxation is a must. The spa is a must try - it has sauna, Turkish bath, hot spring pool and jacuzzi. The room is spacious and well appointed

hot springs area is fantastic! they have lots of lifeguards and enough space in indoors and outdoors area nice two bed room apartment with a great view (southern view). You have parking right in the same building. and on the bright side - the buildings part of the complex are connected to the spa area with the tunnels. so you can walk directly in bathrobes and slippers. freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast. they have free buses circulating around town to the ski lifts
