Firstly, shoes are taken off before you reach the reception desk..this really sets the tone. The rooms were spacious ( we had a standard queen room) and you could actually open the windows to get fresh air in the room which was also a first! The Onsen was fantastic, very clean and well equipped and was open all night. All robes, socks, toiletries etc.. were provided. Just a lovely place.Guest review byHaticeYoung couple

One of our group had a massage which was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was an amazing buffet of Japanese and Western dishes. The hotel room is so lovely, clean and comfortable. The hot spring is very nice with ice cream as free service. They also provide free noodles during 9:30PM to 11PM. Besides, their washing machine is free of charge (drying machine with additional fee). Although the hotel is not by JR station, it is just 2 mins walk from bus station, super convenient. Moder building with a classic Japanese style, everything is Tatami mats from the entrance to your room. Multiple elevators for quick access to any floor. Free amenities (toothbrush etc.), free snacks and manga to read in the hot springs. Large, multiple spring baths with different temperature. Large lounge on the first floor. The hotel is conveniently located in central Matsue near several good restaurants. You can walk to Matsue Castle and nearby temples.
