The location of the hotel is convenient, the cleanliness was great, the breakfast was decent, but what really stood out was the staff in the property. I have been to this villa before. Now I have been in September, when the weather is very pleasant. The house is spacious, had a separate pool, a huge garden, a gazebo, a place for barbecue. Parking right next to the house. Check in and check out were quick and hassle free, the company that manages the property communicated professionally before my arrival. The pool was cleaned several times during my stay. A quality comprehensive cleaning was provided 1 x, including towel and bed linen changes. Beach towels were not changed for us. From the house it is very close to Elephant beach ( approx 20 m) Pefkohori beach is also relatively quickly accessible, the centre of Pefkohori approx 5 min. The location is not noisy as it is in a residential development away from the centre. I had a nice holiday.

We stayed here for 20+ days. The place is great value for money, houses have A LOT of details to make your stay comfortable. Room has all the amenities you might need. Yard is clean and green, people around are normally friendly and you can be private or socialize, up to you. Katarina and Thio are always there to help or make your stay enjoyable. Super flexible and in great spirit. If you are considering to bring a dog call ahead to confirm. A lot of nice beaches nearby (Poseidi nearby, we also liked the one where Cactus Beach Bar is 15min away, Elani also in the morning) Only heads up is the sleeping arrangements - pullout couch on bottom floor and king size bed on upper floor. We made it work for family of 4 with 2 small babies, but some might be surprised or expect a seperate room - its all combined into one

The room was clean, the apartment was 5 minutes walking to the beach and it has a mini market exactly opposite of the apartment where you can have coffee, and anything else . The manager was very kind and helpful with everything we needed.

The location was excellent, as we saw in the pictures. Because the house is not in the city center, it was very quiet. However, by car, it was only a few minutes away from the center were many restaurants and shops were available. The kitchen is very well equipped, very nice bbq, the terrace is spacious and shady, the sea is very close. The owners are very welcoming.

Very friendly hosts, perfect location, very clean. Beautiful property with a nice garden with lots of olive trees. I personally liked that the kitchen was very well equipped. The beach is nice and really close (20 meters and 10 steps away), we did not have the need to go to any other beach, although there are nice beaches around. Would recommend it to friends.
