The welcome was great, the staff were really pleasant. We got a lovely room with a sea and mountain view. It was our wedding anniversary and there was a nice bottle of cava in the room. They were very thoughtful. Breakfast was good and the Thalassotherapy spa was very relaxing. We used the spa every day. The location was great as it had a beach, walks, several restaurants and some nice bars in the immediate location. Plus it was a 20 minute drive into the centre of San Sebastian from there.

Amazing chap at reception, we do not remember his name, but he is a genuine asset for the hotel. Thank you for the hospitality. I saw a few negative comments about the breakfast but this was excellent with traditional Spanish item.

The property is a great location, a very short walk from the beach and all the facilities - bars etc… has two gardens, plenty of privacy. It has good facilities.

This was absolutely amazing place. We spent more than a week and loved it! Everything was great, including very helpful host. Location just perfect for what we wanted to do in San Sebastian and outside of it. Highly recommend
