United KingdomWe absolutely loved our stay here from start to finish. Perfect for families. Loved the pool, bar area and restaurant. The rooms were lovely, comfortable bed. The staff were amazing and friendly.
Fantastic facilities for children with games and toys to keep them entertained.
Beautiful meal at the restaurant and great value for money.
Good area with local shops etc.

The Novotel brand comes with a pretty strong standard expectation for a clean room, good breakfast, pool, and a comfortable Bed. The Novotel Lyon delivered well on that. I have stayed here before and would happily do so again. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location in the city makes it very convenient as a stopping off point on a long journey.

Nice rooms. The location is a little out of the main city area, however we chose the Confluence Novotel as it had reasonable priced and safe parking.
Supermarket, shops and public transport very close by.
