ItalyI arrived late at nite because of a delay of my flight. There was an "emergency number" to call for late check in left on the reception door, which was closed at that time. I did not have the possibility to enter the hotel facility and nobody answered the phone so I left a msg on answering machine then I slept in my car... The following morning a girl came at 7am and opened the reception and I explained what happened : she told the manager about this matter and they did refund me the price and apologize.
