Fuss free check in - just key in your registered name and scan passport for a seamless check in! Hotel felt new and clean, and there were complimentary amenities provided - ear plugs, eye masks, bath robes, combs, toothbrushes and razors.

They have a local drinks (sake, plum wine etc) dispenser for 100 yen at reception - a really good idea. Great reception staff, both local and an English speaking Bulgarian guy. They booked a restaurant for us. Free tea and coffee on 11/F.

Delicious large assortment of traditional Japanese Breakfast on the 14th floor with beautiful views of park and city. One of the few hotels that allows checking after midnight. Simple, clean, large room with 3 beds to accommodate our needs. A lot of toiletries available in lobby and toothbrush and paste in bathroom.

Very fast and competent registration. Great location. Easy access to station. Modern.

The property was spacious - 3 bedrooms, and good facilities- shower, washing machine, kitchen. Checkin was fine provided you had registered online prior to arriving.

Only stayed a single night, and this was the first time we've been given more than one pillow each on our Japan expedition. The hotel's clean, with attentive English speaking desk staff who stored our luggage after we had checked out. At a glance the hotel appears to be suited for business travellers but they still seemed cool at a couple of casually dressed tourists wearing shorts with tattoos arriving who weren't on a business trip. It's a nice hotel I'd visit again.
