I arrived very late at night , my taxi had taken me to the wrong hotel and just add to everything I lost my passport. The night staff were Yogesh, Joel (the hotel manager) and Tracey they went way beyond in helping me to recover my passport and to reassuring me . They were truly amazing

Pretty solid buffet breakfast, right down to the karak tea. Wifi had its moments of being a bit inconsistent, but for the most part it was fine. Staff were helpful as always. Rooms were clean and well attended to. Fitness facility was fine. Not the biggest, but no real complaints.

Courtyard by Marriott Al Barsha, Dubai is located on Al Barsha Road, right behind Mall of the Emirates, and is at a 5-10 minute walking distance from Mall of the Emirates & Mashreq Metro Stations.

The staff was excellent. There was an issue with my late checkout booking and they were extremely supportive and understanding. Great area for walking around and eating. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing! I will definitely be coming back
