I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service provided at coast. The level of care and the exceptional value placed on guests is unparalleled. Ben in particular, who made us comfortable on the beach right out the front was a superstar. As you step out of the water, Ben and Johnny will greet you with a towel and take great care setting up towels and refilling your water. Likewise, little touches such as the delivery of a local dessert to your room. The complimentary provision of tote bags, thongs, hand sanitizer are all fun additions. The kids also loved the afternoon popcorn and ice cream by the pool. The location is also next level. There’s no better place for sunset drinks (two for one at happy hour). We also loved our breakfast at Cha Chas.

The food is well and the beach view of the crust restaurant is great. The swimming pool are always clean, with towel and ice water.

The kitchenette comes with an electric kettle and a fridge. This is a true gem! - The location is fantastic. It is close to the beach (3min walk down a small street) - The hotel is in a small garden with nice trees in front of your patio. - The restaurant is great, the cook is even better! (really just to have him prepare some fish is a delight) - The manager went above and beyond to help us. ( Even coming with us to the hospital when our son got fewer, and on another occasion came with me to show me the fish market) - The rest of the staff is friendly really nice to talk to and they always had a few nice words to our 4-year-old boy, some of them even played with him a bit which was really nice and made us feel at home. - The restaurant serves as a coworking where I worked daily on a stable internet connection. We rarely consider revisiting a location as the world is big and wonderful but this place will stay in our hearts and we will come back!

Villas feature circular high ceilings and polished wooden floors. Each comes with an iPod dock, flat-screen TV and CD player. A private terrace provides the ideal place for in-room massage treatments. private Villa Outdoor shower and bathtub was great- Massage as well, the staff was really friendly and attentive!

Rooms at Discovery Boracay feature views of the pool or the man-made waterfalls. Each luxurious room is equipped with a 32-inch flat-screen TV, DVD player and iPod docking station. A safe and minibar are also provided. This hotel exceeded our expectations and more. It may have been expensive but it was so worth the money! The airport transfer was smooth and even had treats on their private speedboat. Checking in was a bit late but we were surprised to have been met with a special birthday cake and greetings in our room! Every single staff would greet you during your entire stay. The room was superb and when we requested a pool-side room, they graciously gave us a room overlooking the pool and beach which was just amazing. The whole stay was wonderful especially with our 4 year old who swam 3 hours in the pool in the morning and 4 hours in the beach in the afternoon. The reason we booked this was because of how easy you can lay on the beach beds and order a drink or food while you get to watch your kid play by the waves as the sun sets. Just amazing. Food was very good too. I recommend their pizza restaurant after a tiring day at the beach. I have stayed in lots of other hotels in station 1 but this is the best so far. Would definitely come back next year!
