I tried room service for breakfast, and the service was excellent thanks to Rubi to bring us our food was delicious and always warm. Great esthetics, really clean (they were even cleaning the hall rugs during our stay!), comfortable bed and pillows, great in quality and variety breakfast, and absolutely wonderful stuff. Special thanks to all the reception people (and especially this very helpful guy with his good English and smile that I don’t remember his name), to Alex the bellboy, to Ernesto in the bar, to the sweet lady that was cleaning our room and the lovely señores y señor in the breakfast area. The location is also great. I think I liked this hotel even more than Guadalajara itself 😅

The accommodation provides free WiFi. The location is perfect. Right in a vibrant area with bars and restaurants but not too noisy to relax. The staff are very courteous and professional. I was able to enter with a "friend" that wasn't on the list.

The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful, especially the bellboys, who are always ready to assist. The room was spacious and very clean, with daily housekeeping that kept everything fresh. It was also quiet, and the large, comfortable bed made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight — the omelette and Mexican-style eggs were especially delicious, thanks to the skill of the excellent cook.
