Staff and hotel manager were always very helpful and arranged successful manta and whaleshark tour for us. We can only recommend this hotel and we will hopefully be back.

The menu offered a wide variety of dishes, all prepared with the freshest ingredients. Each meal was a feast for the senses, and the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to accommodate any request. The hotel also offers a range of activities and excursions, ensuring there's never a dull moment. What truly sets Sands Grand Hotel apart is their exceptional service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Their attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism truly made our stay memorable. Sands Grand Hotel is more than just a place to stay. It was an experience.
