Every meal felt special, not just because the dishes were different each day and always delicious, but because they were served with such care and pride. Throughout our stay, we were surprised again and again by so many thoughtful gestures — both big and small. From the warm smiles to the little details that showed how much the staff truly cared, it all made us feel at home. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness were unforgettable. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and so comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better — peaceful and scenic. It’s rare to find a place where every single person seems to genuinely want you to be happy. Leaving was honestly bittersweet — I was ready to go home, but it was hard to say goodbye to the wonderful people who made our stay so special. We will remember this experience for a long time and recommend this hotel with all our hearts.❤️

The property features a restaurant and Ella Rock is 2 km away. The place is amazing! We had the room with a private heated pool and the view from there was perfect. The only thing that might be a problem is that the room didn't have air-conditioning, which can be a problem if it's too hot. The service is really top notch! The dinner menu is quite overpriced, the rest was just great!

You will wake up and sleep to sweeping views of the Sri Lankan tea country. The service was also fantastic. Every meal was served to us private dining style on our deck. Make sure you have dinner while the sun is setting; it's absolutely beautiful. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable during our stay; they organised a scooter as well as a repair service when one of our bags tore. Overall, the presidential suite at Andriyala is a 5 star experience and fantastic value for money. We didn't want to leave. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
