Killarney Lodge is just 3 km from Lough Leane and boasts several wonderful golf courses on its doorstep. The Lodge also offers an extensive breakfast menu. It was in the center, quiet, clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great, complete and filling.

Rooms are individually decorated with a lovely country house style. The rooms all have en suite showers, satellite TVs and tea/coffee making facilities. Irons, hairdryers and telephones are also provided and free Wi-Fi is available throughout. This is magnificent hotel where you want for nothing! The staff, Maura and Lorraine were so helpful. All the staff are accommodating and friendly. We were let down on our previous booking elsewhere and they welcomed us and made a very stressful situation into a positive one.

The Parknasilla Hotel's sweeping staircase leads past a stained glass window, towards the luxurious guest rooms. The modern and spacious rooms are decorated in light colours and include a TV and free Wi-Fi. Very beautiful hotel, lovely staff especially Daniell from managment and all the other staff. Amazing building with amazing seens and trails and activities around it. Rooms need to upgraded a bit But definitely highly recommended

Nestled on the shores of Loch Lein, The Lake Hotel has magnificent mountain views. Just 2km from Killarney, a restaurant and the hotel has en suite rooms.

Rooms at the 4-star family-run hotel have baths and shower. They also have satellite TVs, hair dryers and most rooms have countryside views, some have balconies. What amazing beds ! I normally have trouble sleeping but I slept through the nights which is a rare occurrence for me. Room service meals were exceptional.

The property has mountain and garden views, and is 17 km from O'Connell Memorial Church. When staying at the country house, guests can use private entrance. Everything! Monica was wonderful, warm and welcoming. Beautiful property. Lovely decor, bright and immaculate. Provided bread, fruit, yoghurt, milk, water etc which was brilliant. Location was great. It was truly an amazing stay and we were sad to leave. Thank you Monica!

Kingston's Townhouse, a property with a bar, is situated in Killorglin, 21 km from St Mary's Cathedral, 24 km from Gleneagle INEC Arena, as well as 26 km from Muckross Abbey. This 4-star guest house offers water sports facilities, luggage storage space and free WiFi. Carrantuohill Mountain is 33 km from the guest house and FitzGerald Stadium is 22 km away. Beautiful room for 5, the bathroom and toiletries were fantastic. we ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant both meals were health delicious fresh food - we are still talking about it !

Providing free private parking, the 4-star bed and breakfast is 36 km from Muckross Abbey. Guests can make use of the picnic area or the terrace, or enjoy views of the mountain and garden. We had a delightful stay at Mulcahys and met the hosts - Marian, Morty and Sarah. They had a warming fire in their fireplace when we arrived. What a beautiful B&B. Our upstairs room was very large, immaculate clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. I voted our bed there as the best mattress in Ireland and I had a fantastic night of sleep! The bathroom was very large and nice with a great shower/hot water. We were excited they used top sheets and had wash cloths (face cloths)! We now understand that is not a common item offered at lodgings in Europe. In the morning, we were served a delicious Irish breakfast with wonderful homemade brown bread. Morty keeps their yard beautifully manicured with blooming flowers. We hope they will visit us sometime in East TN when they are on holiday in the US.
