Super friendly staff with great recommendations for restaurants and cafes. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Great value for money.

Staff are very welcoming especially Stefano and Katerina in the reception. They are hospitable and happy to help and gave many information needed. Stefano and Katerina are very good on what they do best. Communication is very clear.

Localizado na cidade de Chania, a 2 km da Praia Koum Kapi, o Lagon Life Spirit Boutique Hotel - Adults Only oferece acomodações com estacionamento privativo gratuito, academia e bar. I loved everything about this hotel. At first sight - we just thought that everything was beautiful and clean. But then we realized that this hotel really cares about their guests and the service is really out of this world. Chris, that was in the reception majority of the time that we stayed there, always aimed for us to have the best time even though it rained while we stayed in the hotel for a majority of our visit. She and her colleagues always greeted us with smiles, giving us tips about where to go and how to get to those places. I know that it doesn’t sound like it’s anything more than ”regular” service, but when you meet people that treat you so good as they treated us in a 5-star hotel (and mind you - that doesn’t happen often since we mainly stay at 5-star hotels) then you appreciate the whole trip in a complete other way. Also, me and my boyfriend have worked within hospitality and service during the majority of our careers and we know that good service takes energy and commitment. If the manager of this hotel sees this review - please tell everybody on your team how great they are! Because we will be back in the fall again (booked another visit day 2 of our stay). And (!) not to forget to mention the spa. I got a treatment from Maria Hanaroli down at the spa and it was amazing! If you stay at the hotel make sure to get a treatment with her to make your trip even more luxurious.

Perfeitamente localizado na praia de Amoudara, premiada com Bandeira Azul, com vistas deslumbrantes de todo o resort, o Paralos Lifestyle Beach Adults Only oferece 5 piscinas ao ar livre... Everything was excellent. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The food at the restaurants was very good. The spa was professional and relaxing. The atmosphere is catered towards relaxation and it thoroughly delivers. Overall I had an excellent stay and will definitely return next summer.

Com uma magnífica piscina exterior e um restaurante, o NEMA Design Hotel & Spa, de 5 estrelas, apresenta acomodações em Analipsi de Hersonissos. O resort dispõe de uma praia de areia privada. Everything about this hotel is top level. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. The facilities are top notch, the room was very well furbished, comfortable and cozy. The restaurant is amazing and I definitely recommend dining there. The staff was so kind to offer us 2 cakes free of charge to celebrate our birthdays. This hotel is not just a facility, it's an experience.

Situado apenas a 10 metros da sua praia privada em Analipsi, Hersonissos, o Stella Village disponibiliza 2 piscinas com bares rodeados por jardins coloridos. There is so much to say about this hotel. To start we travelled as a couple and even though it is mainly a family-oriented hotel, it worked perfectly for us! Let’s go in depth for the ones that want to read: FACILITIES: The room we got was fantastic, double room with a balcony and separate toilet and shower. Mini fridge with new beverages almost every day was a nice touch. The pools scattered around the hotel were good, there were separate pools for Stella Village and Stella Palace. One Village pool was separated from the more children-focused ones and was great for us. The bars around were easy to find and use and the drinks and snacks were solid. Restaurants were clean although the main one had seating inside only which made it loud and not too comfortable. The waterpark was also very good, but maybe more for the children (we enjoyed it too :) ) COMFORT Beds and pillows were great, so were the sunbeds, both at the pools and by the beach, which also was a 2 minute walk from our room! LOCATION The hotel is right by the sea, and the beach is more than enough. Nearby is Analipsi, a town with many restaurants that held a super high standard with extremely good service. The service everywhere was really great! Supermarkets are nearby and souvenir shops too. Buses can be found close and the closest car rental was next door, can be recommended since we used it to rent a car for 2 days (50€/day) cheapest was 40€/day. CLEANLINESS The rooms were cleaned daily, the pools were also very clean and so were the restaurants. You could get new towels daily so to stay clean wasn’t a problem at all. VALUE FOR MONEY We booked quite far in advance and paid a good price for 8 nights. All in all I don’t think you could go wrong with the price we paid, the location and the experience we got! STAFF Unreal. 10/10! We first got a room on the ground floor which we thought was a bit unfortunate.

Construído anfiteatricamente em uma colina de Elounda, o Elounda Infinity Exclusive Resort & Spa - Adults Only à beira-mar oferece vista da baía de Elounda e da ilha de Spinalonga. Fizemos check-in antecipado após um voo noturno, prontamente concedido pela equipa – o que demonstrou desde início a atenção ao bem-estar dos hóspedes. O hotel está situado numa zona idílica e tranquila, com praias cristalinas e bons restaurantes. A piscina é excelente, aberta até às 23h, com música ambiente, bar de apoio e ambiente calmo – perfeito para quem procura descanso sem animações intrusivas. O quarto é muito confortável, com destaque para o jacuzzi na varanda e excelente isolamento acústico. Apenas notámos algum ruído do ar condicionado e do mini bar, que pode equiparar-se a white noise, mas para algumas pessoas pode efetivamente ser um problema, pelo que numa review construtiva temos de deixar esta nota. A limpeza é boa, mas a reposição de amenities deve ser melhorada. A app do hotel tem pouca utilidade – podia facilitar pedidos e reservas, o que melhoraria a experiência. Em regime de meia pensão, o jantar buffet é razoável mas repetitivo e pouco à altura de um 5 estrelas. O menu conta com várias opções inspiradas nas várias regiões da grécia de carne e de peixe, sopa, salada, etc. Seria útil incluir pratos internacionais. O staff é simpático e prestável, especialmente o Marius, a quem agradecemos a recomendação do vinho! Apesar de o jantar terminar às 21h, o ambiente é descontraído – ainda assim, uma extensão até às 22h seria bem-vinda. O pequeno-almoço, embora variado, também se torna repetitivo ao fim de alguns dias e poderia ter mais diversidade. O staff é muito competente, dedicado e cordial, mas parece sobrecarregado, o que afeta tempos de resposta e qualidade de serviço nalguns momentos. Por exemplo a campainha do bar da piscina na espreguiçadeira é inútil porque ninguém vem tirar o pedido. Reforçar a equipa seria essencial para manter os padrões, ou até elevá-los. Apesar dos aspetos a melhorar, o resort é excelente para relaxar. Os pontos referidos visam apenas ajudar o hotel a evoluir e a alcançar um nível irrepreensível. Esperamos voltar!
