Situado atractivamente en el centro de Chengdú, Gongxili - Xige Hotel ---8mins walk from Tonghuimen metro station, near Tianfu square, close by culture park and Sichuan opera house, English speaking... Super excellent team of staff. They go above and beyond to help and make you welcome and comfortable. One staff at front desk was super quick on his feet, didn't get his name, male, short hair with glasses. Very knowledgeable. Everyone was friendly and quick to answer questions and help. Place was clean, new and quiet during my stay. Cleaning staff was excellent and detail oriented. Bed and pillow was excellent and temp in room was comfy and super quiet experience. Def worth the experience.

The hotel is very new condition, nice design, nice view-facing the famous giant panda figure and staff are friendly. Especially Anya, who does an introduction to us in souvenir store which attached to the hotel. The breakfast varieties are good and food is delicious. Worth the money and enjoying their services!

Believe it or not, even though I didn’t really enjoy the city of Chengdu, this hotel completely made my stay worthwhile. It is a high-quality hotel with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a beautiful bathroom. While the view wasn’t particularly impressive, the room provided everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and great taste. What impressed me the most, how's, was the staff. They were extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary three-hour late check-out when they realized we needed extra time. This hotel truly saved our trip, turning what could have been a disappointing city visit into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!
