The owner was absolutely amazing—friendly, outgoing, and incredibly thoughtful. He personally picked us up from the bus stop without us even asking, and gave us the best room available. Our room had two balconies, with the main one facing the road and offering a direct view of the stunning Gjirokastër Castle. The architecture of the hotel was top-notch—elegant design with beautiful rooms and 5-star facilities. On arrival, we were treated to complimentary drinks, including a special local Gjirokastër drink, which was such a nice touch. What really stood out was the owner’s genuine care—he even came late at night just to bring us water when he thought we might not have any. That level of hospitality is rare and unforgettable. Truly a perfect stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gjirokastër!

The people who work there were the nicest people we have ever met! So nice and helpful. The room was adorable, bathroom was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. They try their best to help you have an amazing stay and even an amazing trip, we got a few recommendations of beaches/places to visit and they were lovely. Definitely would stay here again, I loved every day I was there. Has an amazing ac btw!

The location is great, near Gjirokaster but easily approchable by car - and there is parking available at the property. The rooms were clean and well furnished. The whole property is surrounded by nature - there are vines and trees all around, and the hens, dogs and cats are very friendly! They accept card payment. The food and the wine exeptional, breakfast and dinner is highly recommended!

Guests can make use of the children's playground or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the lake and garden. 11 Stars! We booked last minute and the hosts were perfect in helping me. These are super friendly hosts that feel more like family! The place was immaculately clean, place is beautiful inside and out. The heater was brand new and worked very well. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night sleep. I did some work on my computer and the internet was very fast and stable. They have a large tv mounted tastefully on the wall. We had dinner there also and they fixed us a very delicious meal at a great price. We were overwhelmed by the location and view that this great place had over looking the valley and the river with the mountain behind it. It is absolutely worth coming and staying with these great people. Thanks for a wonderful night!!!
