What I liked most about the Valora Hotel Resonance Taipei, Tapestry Collection by Hilton was its modern, elegant design and attention to detail. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well soundproofed—perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. The location is ideal, with easy access to the MRT and major Taipei attractions. Breakfast was varied and delicious, offering both local and international options. Overall, it was a high-quality Hilton experience with the unique charm and character of the Tapestry Collection.

My friend and I stayed in a twin-room: it was spacious and bright, with great views and the beds were very comfortable. We were given complementary access to the lounge for one of the days we were staying there, and it provided us with excellent food and drink, with very hospitable staff. We also ate in the restaurant on the second floor one evening, which had a superb buffet and drinks selection. The hotel is very well located next to metro lines and has good access the shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the outdoor swimming pool and sauna areas. The staff were extremely helpful. Would highly recommend for a stay in Taipei.

genuinely friendly, helpful staff (thank you Leslie!) loved the complimentary bottle of red wine for our honeymoon; conveniently located as it's close to an MRT station and to the main station as well; surrounded by banks, convenience stores, cafés, wine bar; 5-minute walk from a road lined with excellent restaurants, shops and eateries; lovely bathroom with both a large tub and an elegant, spacious shower; plenty of space around the washbasin to leave your stuff on; rooms are equipped with nespresso coffee machine, electric guzzini kettle + coffee capsule and tea are provided daily; pretty, comfy slippers and robe; air conditioning just fine (neither too cold nor too hot); very, very quiet!

    The staff were incredible and went beyond expectations. They catered for my very early arrival on Day 1 and very late departure at the end of my stay. The facilities were superb. I loved the Japanese influence on the facilities that were provided. The Lounge was excellent for relaxing and getting a quick coffee. The cleaning staff were perfectionists and my room each day was immaculate after they had tidied.
