We arrived earlier than the check-in time but the team went out of their way to get our room ready for us early. The room itself was exactly as advertised and surpassed our expectations. The pool was great and made even better with the fun lighting options. John helped us get a bike to ride around the island and gave us excellent recommendations on the best places to eat and visit. Our stay was made extra special by a visit from Birdie - a friendly parrot who I wish I could have brought home with me.

The secluded location, the villa's and facilities are all top class and absolutely stunning. What differentiates a good hotel from a great one are the people, and I would like to make a special mention of the food and beverages team, especially Branka Novakavic, Chef Sumalee Khunpet and Champ. They did everything humanly possible to ensure us a fabulous dining experience and accommodated our special diatry restrictions as if they were no problem at all. We feel like we were blessed to experience a few days of heaven on earth.

    The hotel itself was stunning. Great views from pool, bar, and restaurant. Quite luxurious. Our room was a deluxe room with a plunge pool. The room was immaculate, the bed huge and very comfy. There was a fridge with a selection of soft drinks and beers. The restaurant serves a huge selection of local and international foods. The paths around the hotel were colourful and well maintained. The spa onsite is fabulous. Great to have no kids running about.
