Excellent location beautiful villa and very neat clean and tidy. Very comfortable and relaxing stay. Could not praise enough the customer services and hospitality of the staff Mr Ghulam Haider. Very humble and polite gentleman. There was a minor issue with the internet but this was resolved within no time by Mr Haider. Our original plan to stay was for one night but due to the comfort and relaxation and more than home like feeling we had to extend our stay for another night.

Excellent service Excellent restaurants and shopping, groceries very close. Excellent staff, they upgraded my room for free without request. So kind of them. Breakfast was very good with options for almost all. I stayed at PC Lahore for 6 days before staying at this hotel. PC is also very good but in my opinion, Park Lane Hotel holds more value for money and time. The person who made a real difference with her exceptional service, was the guest relations officer AYESHA. She would text me everyday to find out about my stay. I'm impressed. I wish her good luck for her future. I would like to thank all the staff especially AYESHA for providing the excellent service.

I had an amazing stay at Goldcrest Luxury Apartments in Lahore! The three-bedroom apartment was spacious, and beautifully furnished. The Fred is beautifully designed and a lot of care has been put into the look and ambiance of the rooms, restaurant, and common areas of the hotel. The rooms are clean and provide everything for a cosy stay. The staff is professional and helpful. They helped us make arrangements for transportation. This is a great place for a great and comfortable stay in Lahore!

I received a room upgrade, staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. Kashif was very accommodating as were all staff I encountered. The manager also went out of his way. Great cafe next door as well.
