The staff was kinder than I expected, and I was very pleased to be greeted with a smiling face. I was also very satisfied with the comfortable space that allowed me to experience nature as it is. I would like to thank again Hugo, who works at EL SUSPIRO, the Mexican restaurant in Building 2, and David, who works in the morning at the coffee shop right in front of the gym in Building 2. I was happy to enjoy excellent service thanks to them.

I don’t remember in my life staying at a hotel with such a dedicated and competent team. May this message be passed on to all the staff. The staff was very attentive, they let us check in and enjoy the resort before our room was ready which was nice to get our day started.
