Very friendly and helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. The real standout thing was the exceptional breakfast. Absolutely delicious. I really like the decor of the central area. The best riad experience.

The place is a gem in the old city of Fez. Everyone in the team was exceptionally kind and helpful and understanding. Everything is brand new and impeccably clean. I travelled during Ramadan and the iftars and dinners were delicious (it safe to say that the meals were actually the best I have tried in Fez)... I would come back just to show this beautifully restored place to my family!

Moufid would have to be the most attentive manager I have ever come across and his boss should pay him more to keep him - a real asset to any hospitality operator. The riad was immaculate, the food was delicious and the location was very good also. For guests booking be sure to give Moufid your WhatsApp contact and he will meet you and walk you to the riad - it’s easy to get to but much less stress if you arrange this ahead of time.

The staff were exceptionally nice - they kindly upgraded me when they realised I had come all the way from Hong Kong, and allowed me a late check out too. Manager Hajiba is most flexible and understanding. The location of the hotel is great too - just outside the main entrance of the Medina. Close enough but at the same time you don’t have to walk in the small dark alleys of the Medina late at night by yourself after a dinner.

The prettiest Riyadh of my Moroccan adventures - stunning tile, plaster and woodwork all well cared for and meticulously clean. Well furnished. Bonus points for elevator! Room was super large, along with stunning decor, had pretty stain glass above windows- truly Lovely with light slanting in evenings. Bed and pillows super comfy. Bathroom lovely and new. Bathtub for a long soak- yay! Large roof patio for meals. Icing on the cake- perfect service from staff made it a wonderful stay. Breakfasts were super generous and delicious. So lucky to score a room , place was full. Stay here!!! PS- look for the cute turtles on roof patio.

    This Riad was a magical conclusion to our five day tour of Morocco. As with much of the country, things look run down on the outside but turn out to be simply majestic on the inside. There's no way not to have a wonderful experience here. The staff was first class and incredibly friendly. They arranged dinner reservations, allowed us to print boarding passes and coordinated our taxi to the airport. The rooms are stunningly beautiful as are the courtyards, and pool. 5 stars all the way around.
