We stayed at the most wonderful hotel, and it honestly exceeded every expectation we had. From the very beginning, the manager went out of his way to help us organize our trips and make sure everything ran smoothly. He took his time to talk to us, offer advice, and make sure we were comfortable with every plan — something you don’t often experience in hotels. Our server, Ranawada (apologies if I got the name slightly wrong), was absolutely amazing. He was always so kind, attentive, and full of interesting stories about the food and the local culture. Every meal felt special, not just because the dishes were different each day and always delicious, but because they were served with such care and pride. Throughout our stay, we were surprised again and again by so many thoughtful gestures — both big and small. From the warm smiles to the little details that showed how much the staff truly cared, it all made us feel at home. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness were unforgettable. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and so comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better — peaceful and scenic. It’s rare to find a place where every single person seems to genuinely want you to be happy. Leaving was honestly bittersweet — I was ready to go home, but it was hard to say goodbye to the wonderful people who made our stay so special. We will remember this experience for a long time and recommend this hotel with all our hearts.❤️

It is truly the best view you can get in Ella! It is a very cosy room with a super nice balcony that has an amazing view. Our host was very helpful and kind. The breakfast is also really good on the terrace. Keep in mind that you need to walk up some stairs to reach the room, but Namal was very helpful with our luggages. We had an excellent stay, highly recommend!

Loved the whole experience- amazing hotel design with great attention to interior detail . Views from the balcony where we were able to relax in comfort, gave us a true flavour of the environment. Customer service, particularly from Hemantha was first class and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Feel.

Excellent property, tasty food and the staff took so much care of our needs. Very well mannered and helpful staff. We loved our stay, it was relaxing.

The place was stunning, the people were charming, the food was great…..we really enjoyed all the activities. Definitely worth a visit
