Everything was perfect. The breakfast was very good, wifi worked well, it is walking distance from the UN building - perfect for work. The shuttle was absolutely amazing, such a great service to offer guests. And the cherry on the top: the staff. So nice and willing to go an extra mile to provide guests with the best service. WOW... absolute Luxury in Nairobi. One absolutely needs to stay there. From the moment you walk in, you are transported into a luxurious experience. The staff are absolutely helpful. Purity at reception welcomed us so well . Aisha the General Manager was there to greet us as it was my birthday and had a handwritten note in my room. They made my experience world class. When we checked out Brian was absolutely amazing. I can't fault them for anything. The facilities in the hotel are modern and luxurious. What an amazing Hotel, and well worth the rate. I would literally go back to Nairobi just for a staycation in the Hotel.
