Luxury Hotels in Sowayma

This was an amazing experience, I honestly don’t know why everyone isn’t staying here. You get to be onsite overnight, in this beautiful and tranquil setting, and have access to the Jordan River, and watch the stars. I have never slept so well or so deeply. And we even had the resident cat, Ginger, giving us the grand tour, and come to get us for breakfast the next morning 😄 The manager was very kind, and arranged for a priest in the Catholic church next door to give us a tour of the baptism site the next day (we are catholic). This was amazing, and we got a full explanation of each part of the site, and we got to spend time at each part of the baptism site. (Usually, to visit during the day, tours are only 30mins to only the main baptism part). Irena cooked us the best vegetarian dinner, and then an excellent breakfast the next morning, and was so kind. There is also tea, coffee and as many biscuits as you can eat provided! I can’t recommend highly enough!!

Location of hotel was fine, 50 minutes from Amman airport. Easy to find the Hotel have own beach, clean towels, temperature poll. (we was the re at december, weather was around 24 degree, fine for afternoon swim. Breakfast fine, at evening was dancing production. Is possible to go by car 10 minutes into the shopping center for shopping or dinner.

Comfortable hotel, beautiful grounds and wonderful dining at Il Terrazzo. The pools looked inviting - one outdoor pool was heated and another was an infinity pool overlooking the Dead Sea but we had touring to do and needed more time at this lovely place. The chef visited our table at breakfast and we had an engaging discussion about the diversity of influences that make Jordanian food the amazing wonder that it is!

We had an amazing stay! The villa is beautiful, spacious, everything was comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool and outdoor spaces were fantastic for relaxing. The host was very responsive, and made our stay extra special. Highly recommended — we can’t wait to come back!
