very nice atmospheare, room was exact as shown on the photos. We had Nr 1 with a small balcony. we could park our car infront of the hotel and it took a 15 min gentle walk to the dome. So everything was perfect for our stay!

Outstanding villa with authentic Tuscan charm. Sergio and Gianni were wonderfully helpful and friendly hosts, providing warm hospitality and truly luxurious accommodation. We were a family of seven staying for two weeks, and the villa was comfortable for everyone. A car is essential to reach the many destinations you’ll want to explore—beaches, wineries, and beautiful Tuscan towns such as Florence, Siena, Pisa, and San Gimigniano. There are plenty of restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, and even a local food market nearby. The amenities were exactly as described, including separate bathrooms for each bedroom, which made our stay even more convenient.

Everything was great. I especially liked how the information was presented. A special website that describes each point in detail, including how and where to throw out garbage. Convenient location, comfortable apartment. I definitely recommend it.
