I want to thank all the staff here without exception and special thanks to the reception staff. I have never seen anything like them in terms of warm welcome, sincere smiles, and VVIP service. Very nice cooperation, and their only concern is that you spend a happy time with them. I have never seen anyone like them, and I do not expect to find anyone like them. Our stay in this villa was truly wonderful. The property is spacious, large, and well-maintained. Daily cleaning and towel changes ensured everything was always clean and comfortable. We especially loved the breakfast, served every morning directly to our room – generous, delicious, and always on time. A perfect way to start the day. The villa is ideal for a couple: it offers a lot of privacy and tranquility, perfect for relaxing and enjoying special moments together. Highly recommended! The only minor downside is that it’s a bit far from the center of Canggu, but easily reachable by scooter – which can conveniently be rented directly at the villa. The staff is super friendly and always available, ready to help with anything you need.

Very beautiful place with accommodating staffs - front desk (special mention to Ayu 😊) and the rest of the back of house staffs who made everything so convenient for me and my friend. The villa's service and facilities were not only amazing, they made my stay here so peaceful and smooth.

We had a lovely stay, would definitely come back. Everything was really cozy, we enjoyed this stay. We had the room with private pool and was the best choice. Very clean, spacious, equipped with everything you need including some very nice kimonos. Actually, the room looks way better in reality than in the photos, it was a nice surprise. It's modern and very, very clean. The private pool was really cool and very clean. Also the public pool was nice, so were the outdoor spaces. The breakfast was very good and soooo much food. Lots of choices, you could never get bored. And it’s great that you can have breakfast until 5PM. I couldn't wait for the next day, to get to try another meal :)) The staff is amazing, very kind, very nice and friendly, always here to help. Good location, close to center and the beach.

My family and i absolutely loved Kayumas! We even came back to stay an extra night at the end of the trip. Beautiful resort close to Seminyak square. Very helpful staff. Overall a great experience, would definitely recommend!

This was an amazing property. We came in late and was hungry and were delighted with the 24/7 restaurant. The staff were amazing and helpful. We were even given a late 4pm checkout on day of departure without any additional charge. The pools were lovely. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

    This villa has everything you could want on a trip to Bali, exceptional staff who care for the property really well, always leaving the place feeling brand new. There was no expense spared in making the property really comfortable with top quality beds and equipment, the pool was great, the villa is nice and quiet at night even though it’s not far from everything. This villa absolutely deserves the perfect 10 score on booking.com
