From the moment you arrive at the Hotel (approx 30 minutes drive from Kos Airport) you feel 'super-happy' !!! You receive a very warm greeting, refreshments, towel and information about the Hotel. Check in is seamless and it is as if the staff have been waiting for your arrival all day. The Hotel is STUNNING - low rise and very beautiful indeed! The meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are exceptional - everything made/baked on premises and the breakfast buffet is exceptional - everything you could wish for. Lunch is a-la-carte and dinner is either buffet (food theme changes each evening - Greek, Italian, BBQ, Asian etc) or a-la-carte. The Chef is in attendance at all times and able to prepare any personal request you have. Food and beverages are of the highest quality and presentation. All staff are exceptional - on all levels. The Hotel is managed by an exceptional Manager who is always in attendance to ensure everything is perfect. His level of perfectionism and professionalism is very evident. He is supported by an exceptional team whose motto is, I'm sure, to ensure all guests have a wonderful holiday experience. Mention has to be made to Maria, Monica, Anna and Geordia - wonderful team at the front of House who go above and beyond to organise anything/everything for you. Nothing is too much trouble and they are the loveliest of ladies. Prior to my arrival I had organised so many activities for our stay through Maria - her professionalism and helpfulness was outstanding. Her attitude was wonderful to any changes (at last minute) my group made and she organised anything we required. All wait staff are wonderful and happy team members and all cleaners are lovely and proficient people. I would recommend this five-star Hotel to anyone and look forward to the further 'extensions' it is making to be ready in 2026 - it will be an unbelievable place to stay.

The facilities were exceptional and spotless, more that what we expected. The attention to detail was excellent and everything was what you would expect from a 5 star property.The hosts Aphrodite and Vasilis went over and above to ensure our stay was a memorable one. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kos.

The villa was definitely luxurious, very well-equipped, and spotless. A lovely touch was the heating of the pool, which featured jacuzzi-styled jets. Bearing in mind we travelled in October, the poolside of the villa receives no sun. However, there is a charming patio which was perfectly suitable for sunbathing, we loved going into the pool to cool off! Our host had thought of everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The location is in an idyllic spot in the Kos mountainside with stunning views and walkable to the charming town of Zia.

A beautiful new villa with all the necessary equipment and with a swimming pool and a large private parking lot. Nice view from the upper terrace, which can also be well shaded. Peaceful surroundings. Good location, but you need a car, motorbike, ATW or bicycle for trips around the island. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I hope we will return to this villa.

Great location with very friendly staff: every single member of staff enjoys working at Blue Pearls and this translates into a wonderful customer experience from breakfast over cleaning, help with bookings (car, bikes, taxi etc) up to dinner (the chef has worked at The Jane in Antwerp...). Close enough to Kos City to enjoy the town, far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet.

The BEST 5 star deluxe adult only hotel we have ever stayed at. Premium swim up suite was perfect to celebrate our anniversary. Staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful - not remotely tip hungry. Food, service and facilities are exceptional. Only 15 minute drive from airport, beach and sunsets are beautiful We simply cannot fault anything - we will 100% return with the rest of our family in the future. Thankyou Mr Paraskeuopoulos!

The suites are all amazing! Brilliantly laid out, spacious and luxurious fittings. The staff cannot do enough for you and are attentive but not overbearing. 1 day here is the equivalent of 2/3 days in other places in terms of relaxing and feeling refreshed.

Exceptional 5 star resort which exceeded our expectations. You cannot fault it at all….Amazing fresh food, perfect beach, luxury rooms and swim up pool. Extremely relaxing stay. Only 15 minute walk down the beach to marmari too!

From start to finish This place is more then 5 stars Scenery, settings, the staff along side Maria are the best I’ve seen! Everything about this spot will blow you away.. wish I stayed longer
