We were lucky to receive an upgrade to a room with wonderful sea & lagoon view. Rooms are very spacious with plenty of storage, large TV and a super balcony. Ours had a view over the amazing private beach that surrounds the Palace hotel, over the entrance to the lagoon and all the ship entering and the desert on the other side. Unforgettable panorama at dawn (05.30h in April) and technicolor sunsets :-). Totally quiet at night. Super attentive room service; waterbottles and fruit. - The garden with the numerous large palm trees, its large lawns and its sea of flowers is meticulously kept. Fresh towels are provided daily for the pool and the beach. The very long pontoon offers fantastic views for everybody. Snorkeling is possible from there or on a large portion of the beach. Colourful fish everywhere. Highly recommended scuba diving center is right near the Palace Pickalbatros with lessons and excursions. - We loved the food, especially the egyptian and the indian dishes. We started our days with omelettes, pancakes freshly made for breakfast, incredible goyavas fresh and pressed. -The entrance to the Palace Pickalbatros hotel is truly majestic, as is the large lobby and the bar with its terrace overlooking the artificial lagoon of the neighboring hotel . - All staff in the amazing Palace Pickalbatros hotel are very well trained and respectful. They work really hard to make guests feel at home and pampered. A big thanks and congratulations to the manager, Mr Mina for the amazing job.

- The staff were super friendly. They go above and beyond. No matter what we asked them for they would definitely try to make it happen. From drinks to food. - Location was great and offers so many activities. We were also lucky with the weather and we could enjoy staying at the beach or the pool.

The people there are very descent and the staff are humble and nice. The reception members were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and and the housekeeping staff was super. The weather is perfect and the beach is very good. The food was yummy and the resturant has a very nice vipes. Perfect place to enjoy your holiday. Thank you all 🩵

I stayed at this hotel on my last night in Egypt before going to airport. I wanted to having a relaxing day at the hotel and I couldn't have chosen better! :) As a solo female traveller for the first time in Egypt, it felt great that the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a great vibe for an all inclusive resort! Full of gardens with flowers and birds, walking around is a paradise! I have arrived to the hotel earlier and they did me a free room upgrade and let me check in immediatly! Also I has my flight was 9pm, it was great the hotel had the option for late check out! The beach was a 5min walk from the room, white sandy, very comfortable chairs and what a reef! I have booked this one due to the comments about its reef, and it is true! It is unbelievably beautiful! They have some hotel restaurant there and a diving centre. Also some activities take place throughout the day! The room was great, with a lovely balcony with see view, mattress was very comfy (and the hotel has a possibility to change the mattress if you are not happy with yours!) I really enjoyed the quiet pace, the kindness of the staff, and that they don't have people bothering you to sell stuff too often (tours, spa, etc). Also the hotel has a lot of sustainable measures in place, almost no plastic and strong policies to preserve their reef! Unfortunately, I only stayed 1 day, but I want to come back! It is a great place to relax and enjoy the sun! It does indeed feel like a home far from home!

Amazing! I had a great time. The room was amazing with a perfect view and it was clean. The food is perfect especially the oriental dinner. The service is beyond great. They treated me in a great way especially « Ahmed » in the reception.

Just open for 7 days we are very lucky to enjoy the brand new hotel! Everything is perfect! Room is big and comfortable. Swimming pool is so nice! Especially the juice and food are so delicious! Amazing food! A lot of all-inclusive resorts don’t have the best quality of food but Jaz Amara really had great food! Snorkeling at the beach is one of the best snorkeling places I’ve ever seen and it’s right in front of the hotel. Beautiful coral with amazing fish and you easily spot turtles and stingrays as well. I haven’t been able to see a dugong but they are also there. The service is great and the animation team is amazing. Every night top-notch entertainment, it was so much fun. The entire hotel is very clean as well. 0 complaints (and if you do, they fix it right away!)

A vacation that we will remember with enthusiasm. Luxurious hotel, beautiful, clean. Everywhere helpful staff. Excellent food. The beach a few steps from the room. "Room boy" Mohamed very helpful and kind, every day he prepared for us an animal made of towels during cleaning. Waiters on the beach and in the restaurant (we communicated the most with Amed and Ibrahim) fantastic, we were sorry to say goodbye. On the beach several lifeguards, the hotel has its own clinic, we felt safe and were in magical comfort. We will definitely come back here.

Personnel was great, from Nasser at the lobby. Our waiter Salah Mohammed and also the cleaning done by Salah!!! Team of all waiters at the bar were also always very kind. A super plus is also when you don't want the animation you can always go to the chill-zone to pass your stay peacefully...staring at the beauty from the Red Sea.
