I loved everything about this small resort. The apartment I stayed in was bright, modern, and had a kitchen with everything I could possibly need. The garden pool was my favorite part, surrounded by palm trees, it felt like a tropical paradise. I spent many afternoons there just relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The studio I stayed in had all the comforts of home, including a fully stocked kitchen and a cozy sitting area. The garden pool was like paradise, clean, quiet, and surrounded by greenery. The beach was just a few minutes’ walk away, and it was perfect for morning swims. I also enjoyed trying the restaurants nearby; there were so many great options. The staff were professional, attentive, and always smiling. It felt safe and welcoming at all times. The atmosphere was laid-back but elegant, exactly what I was looking for. I came alone, but I never felt lonely. it’s the perfect place for solo travelers.

This was one of the most rejuvenating vacations I’ve had. The spa services were excellent and professional. My junior suite was bright, airy, and came with a private balcony. Dining outdoors under the palm trees was unforgettable. The location also made it easy to explore Bavaro Adventure Park.

Our family friends and us booked two apartments side by side, and it felt like our own little community. We’d meet every morning on the terrace for coffee before heading to the beach. The kids loved the pool, while we adults enjoyed the bar in the evenings. The kitchens in each unit gave us flexibility for group meals. It was such a balanced experience for both kids and adults.

I stayed here for a solo getaway and couldn’t have chosen better. The apartment was spotless and cozy, with a kitchen that made me feel completely at home. The garden pool was gorgeous, surrounded by tropical plants and incredibly peaceful. I spent a lot of time reading there with a drink in hand. The beach was only a few minutes away and absolutely beautiful. The staff were lovely and always available if I needed anything. I also enjoyed trying out the local restaurants nearby. The whole area felt safe and welcoming.

The property is as beautiful as on the pictures. The Staff is overly sympathetic and also very attentive and professional - everywhere. Lots of activities in the property throughout the day and into the evening. Classy atmosphere, where the guests enjoy the all-inclusive without abusing. Only very few, calm children. The food is very fresh, good and varied, yet do not expect a Michelin Star (in none of the four restaurants).

We loved our stay! Ideal location, friendly and gracious locals! Our master suite was superb. Impeccable cleanliness, and room service surprised us with delicious breakfast and dinner. Beach is amazing. Jefry at the preferred guests' section made our experience unforgettable. Don't miss the coconut fish at the Sea Side Grill—absolutely amazing. Dinner in Portofino was great. Our butler Martin - very proffesional.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. The person in the exclusive vip check in did everything to meet our expectations and beyond. We are grateful for him. The welcome crew at front outside worked like a well oiled team and helped us with golf cart rides when we requested. They all had such a positive attitude!

Definitely not a Five Star Resort for European Travellers! We tried to organize a Transfer from the airport one week in advance but had no success via mail or phone. Welcoming was really bad, Staff at the reception is not friendly at all! We had our privat butler Algenis who was professional and kind, thank you! Pools and Restaurants are good. If you pay the full price, it‘s not worth it.

My butler, Francisco's service was outstanding. He go out of the way to find my lost Sunglasses which the bartender of the sports bar left it to the office. He was there whenever we needed. We did not have to search internet or wait for a long time to get information to be connected to the hotel front desk.
