We traveled in April and the hotel was just perfect! Friendly staff, nice decoration. The beach in front is private though (7€/bed in April) but the sea is just fabulous. Recommended!

The location was ideal, with very easy access to Malama Beach. The house was clean, and the host, George, was very supportive, answering all our questions promptly. The house looked exactly like the pictures, featuring a large swimming pool, a pool table, and a foosball table. I highly recommend this property for families of 5-6 people.

The hotel have a perfect spot. Not far from center but quiet enough and all in walking distance.. 2min to the most beautiful beach on Aya Napa, better then Nissi. Freshly refurbished beautiful sea views, rooms generous and clean also breakfast very high standard just egg variations where 5 types not to mention cheese options and basically covering all your needs in restaurant area with massive glass windows observing the sea horizont. Thanks to Roy - manager he is fantastic smiling man at his job! Good parking and spartan but clean modern relaxing atmosphere. Aircon very powerful. Very recommend! Swimming area cleaned every morning. Very satisfied, will come back.

We were a family, 2 adults with our 2 children. We really liked the pool and the rooms, everything was clean. We were looking for a place to relax and enjoy ourselves and we just fell in love. It was an amazing vacation due to the exams. The place was close to many tourist places for those who travel with a rented car and I noticed that the buses also travel very close and there was a stop in the area. The beach is literally a few minutes walk from the house and I personally really wanted to continue my vacation. Looking forward to my next time and I will definitely return to this place... The place is equiped with everything you need... Just come and enjoy... Nico's will care everything... Thank you Nico's for your kindness... Your great...
