We had a full dedication from each person, even prior arriving to the hotel, they helped us with transportation from the airport, purchasing the tickets for the national park and assisttance for the hotel facilities.A 10. I really enjoyed my stay, Xiaomej was really helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us. She is a wonderful host who cooked for us, recommended us things to do and to help us make reservations. The room was clean, spacious and very idyllic. You do need to walk a fair amount of stairs to get to the property, but it’s worth it every time. On top of that, the dog San Yue is such a cutie!
