Rooms were huge. We had inter leading rooms with kids. Kids loved the hot pool in the spa. The restaurant on the roof is something to see!!

Top quality hotel and exceptional service and all staff were very friendly from reception to bar to breakfast and housekeeping. The hotel is beautiful as the charm of European’s style (it’s different from Asia where it’s super grand can sometimes feel superficial). Very tidy, clean and neat. the hotel has a small heater in the toilet that hangs the towels which we use to hang our smaller clothings after a quick wash. Location is opposite the train station (Zurich Hauptbahnhof) and everything was super accessible.
