Excellent location and chic decorations of the apartment. The check in instruction was very detail and smooth, the host very kind and always response promptly. Just the elevator was out of service so we have to carry 5 luggages by stairs but it was not the fault of the host. Unexpected that out flight was cancelled just before 1 hour of check out time, we contact the host and got and good price of an extra night stay. Overall, it is a great place to stay and I can feel that the host is dedicated in it.

The apartment is walking distance to grocery and restaurant .it provide parking and just 10 mins drive to airport . Super conveniently ! The apartment is just like the description , modern and luxury . It is perfect place for a group ppl gathering and stay. The washing machine and dryer is really extra marks to us ! I definitely will back again if I transition in Zurich airport next time!

Superb location. Next to Bahn Hoff Strasse ( The 5th Avenue of Zurich). Hotel is 600m from the main trainstation. Room was comfortable. Staff was amazing. Very friendly and attentive.

Top quality hotel and exceptional service and all staff were very friendly from reception to bar to breakfast and housekeeping. The hotel is beautiful as the charm of European’s style (it’s different from Asia where it’s super grand can sometimes feel superficial). Very tidy, clean and neat. the hotel has a small heater in the toilet that hangs the towels which we use to hang our smaller clothings after a quick wash. Location is opposite the train station (Zurich Hauptbahnhof) and everything was super accessible.
