Everything was perfect. Nice, new hotel. Great view from the room to the mountains. Play room for kids with a nanny. Very polite and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay in Jermuk Hotel. Thank you!

    Very nice and helpful staff, very nice room, comfortable beds, free parking, nice location, amazing swming pool and warm jacuzzi, modern facilities, hotel was luxury. The best was the staff on the bar which prepared for us some stuff and delivered it even to our room!

    Once in a lifetime experience, specially for a westerner. We were teleported into Soviet era sanitarium experience but with absolutely modern and luxurious facilities. The whole experience was pleasantly absurd, if that makes sense.
