El Uphill Cottage se encuentra en la bahía de Ton Sai, en la isla de Phi Phi Don, a unos 5 minutos a pie del muelle principal y de los locales de ocio nocturno. Was okay for the price, it was clean enough and it was a really nice view.

The rooms are very cute and self sufficient. The AC is very much appreciated and the hot shower was great. The wifi is great. They offer food all day (for purchase, but at a great price). The Chicken Green Curry was fantastic, as was the Vegetable Fried Rice. We did laundry, at 40thb per kg. What a deal! You really want a bike if you are here, so you can easily get around as you are quite a hike from the beach. But it was a welcome, peaceful respite, a 5min ride to the nearest beach. We were a 2min ride or a 10min walk to both the Maekaew Caves and the Lanta Elephant Sanctuary, both of which I highly recommend. The cave is hardcore. You will be crawling, so if you can't crawl or climb a ladder, give this a miss.
