The breakfast was wonderful - one of the best we have had, so was the location and the little huts we stayed at. We loved spotting old and injured reindeer on our way in. There was a communal kitchen for everyone to use, which went well beyond my expectations + communal sauna and jacuzzi which we had a chance to enjoy. Combined with polar days, it was perfect.

The host, Johan, was really nice and hospitable and the location itself was lovely as it was remote and allowed us to gaze up at the aurora without light pollution getting in the way. Unfortunately I believe those were the only two reasons I was not entirely disappointed with my choice.

Este hotel fica em Abisko, a 2 minutos a pé da Estação Ferroviária Abisko Östra. O restaurante do Abisko Mountain Lodge, Brasserie Fjällköket, tem um menu sazonal que usa ingredientes de origem local.... Atendimento foi muito bom, com equipe atenciosa e cuidadosa. O restaurante também foi excelente e o lobby da pousada muito aconchegante. O hotel era bem perto da estação de trem e do mercado, então isso foi ótimo. Mas como fomos fora de temporada, ficou mais difícil se locomover sem carro.

Great experience of escaping from the city and being among nature. Stefan is a great host! We also took a snowmobile tour and enjoyed winter activities. Also, from the house along the lake you can walk in an hour to the ice hotel, and along the way you can enjoy the snow, mountains, forest and beautiful views. I hope that we will return to Camp Caroli once again to see the northern lights again and live this experience away from the city alone with nature.

Rodeado por uma floresta, o Aurora Camp Kurravaara fica bem ao lado do Rio Torne, a 13 km do Aeroporto de Kiruna. As comodidades incluem sauna e terraço mobiliado. The patrons of the property, every staff were so courteous. They were sharing all the information relevant to the stay. They were very helpful and accommodative. Would certainly love to return , to watch the Northern Lights, which we missed this time. Transparent billing and worth the time spent.I booked this property from India through Booking. Com. Enjoyed my stay in the Panaroma cabin with view of endless snow.
