The property grounds were beautiful, such a relaxing environment. Staff was very warm and kind and even had us help ourselves to an early breakfast since we were leaving before the official breakfast serving time. Only stayed a night for the close proximity to Mt Cook but would’ve booked more nights to enjoy the place if we’d known how great it is.

Large shared kitchen/dining room for guests to use. Had all the appliances you would need and several fridges for guests to keep their food in. Visitors Centre was literally a minutes walk and The Hermitage hotel 2 minutes walk. Would highly recommend.

The air conditioner was really good too. Andy, the manager, is very friendly and helpful.
