Lakaz Chamarel Exclusive Lodge serves Mauritian cuisine and room service is available. There is also a bar. Best view we have ever seen. Staff is friendly and helpful. This place is really exclusive as its name. We also had a fun night with local people dancing and singing, was a great experience.

The rustic self-catering units at La Vieille Cheminée, Tropical Farm & Eco-Lodges are equipped with air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen and barbecue facilities. 3 of the cottages boast a fireplace. Each en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower and free toiletries. This was a truly amazing place! We stayed in a smaller cottage (le Percheur) which was perfect for two. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The breakfast was brought to the cottage. We ordered dinner one day and it was waiting for us in the fridge when we got back from our day activities, just for us to heat it up. The surroundings and the little pool are also very nice.

The lodges were beautifully maintained, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the attention to detail was remarkable. Their genuine hospitality and passion for what they do truly made our stay unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
