The safari driver, Sietoti, and Rachel, a trainee, were experienced and educated, and was able to identify every corner of Maasai Mara and provide rich information about nature and wildlife during our daily safari game drives. A truly amazing duo who made our trip unforgettable. They really took care of us. Also, the food was delicious, chef was excellent! I would definitely go back again!

Rhoda, who looked after us during every breakfast, lunch, and dinner with incredible kindness and attention. And Pedro, who always brought a smile, kindness, and genuine care. he made us feel truly welcomed. The little things made, like hot water bottles waiting in our room at night and even placed in the safari jeep for those chilly early drives. These thoughtful touches left a lasting impression. We stayed in a club tent, and we loved that it was set away from the main accommodation, so it was a bit more quiet and secluded. Our room was beautiful with large bathroom facilities and allowed plenty of space to relax. We also had access to the Olchani Lounge, which overlooked the lake. The food was exceptional, and the staff were terrific. Everyone was attentive, and having stayed for 4 nights, the lounge staff knew my partner would be looking to enjoy a beer post afternoon safari each day. To celebrate a special occasion, my partner was also surprised with a cake on our final night, which was lovely. We would highly recommend Sarova and would not hesitate to stay there again.
