The owner is welcoming and full of stories about the history and surroundings. He organised a small boat trip to the nearby penguin island. The best sleep I had in Chile too, listening to the sea at night.

And the best of this place: Viky and Marcelo, the owners and hats down the best hosts and the best guides to get to know the island. They pick you up from the airport, and they take you as well at the end of the trip. We will never forget the secret places Marcelo discovered for us, and how kind and attentive they were with my mother. They truly welcome you in the island, this has been a one life time adventure.

Everything was perfect, the room was clean and new, and very comfortable. Just a 5min walk from the airport (there's only a couple of flights per day, and only during daytime) and 15min from the main street. The shower was great, no issue with the wifi and Lanii our host took very good care of us. We would stay at the same place if we came back to Rapa Nui
