Monty, the dog, is a total (chill) sweetheart to make sure you’re extra enjoying the rainforest. Do the night walk with the young guide! We saw so many cool things and learned a lot.

We loved the tropical forest that surrounds Gunnadoo Hut and the wonderful views from the deck. It was so scenic and peaceful. It was great to relax in the jacuzzi at the end of the day. The accommodation was very cosy and welcoming with nice decor and the outdoor barbeque area was well-equipped. The owner, Gigi, was very friendly and advised us to back into the driveway to the Hut. The driveway was steep as advised by Gigi, so you need an SUV with AWD or a 4WD with low range.
