Our bus broke down from San Cristobal and we had to wait for 5 hours for a new one. We arrived at 4.00 in the morning. During that time the accommodation reached out to us if we were okay and they waited for us to arrive. The receptionist is a very kind man, the owner is very professional and the restaurant staff very friendly.
