The minute I set foot in this hotel, I loved it so much that I booked another night. It’s luxurious in every way, yet somehow still homely and intimate. Every member of staff was not only kind and thoughtful in helping me with my bags and storage, accommodating last-minute requests, etc—but went above and beyond to ensure guest happiness. Everyone was incredible and deserves high praise, although I must give special thanks to the head of guest experience (Francine?). Best service I have ever seen, even relative to other 5-star properties. The food was superb…I particularly enjoyed the peri peri chicken, malva pudding, and watermelon chilli mocktail. I also loved this lavender/white chocolate drink they made with nondairy milk…ugh I’m getting hungry just thinking about it! I should also note how conveniently located it is—literally right by Rosebank Gautrain, with nearby shops, restaurants, etc. Thank you for a fabulous stay! This is the only place I wish to return when next in Johannesburg, and I passionately recommend this hotel to all.

Breakfast was not included, but we ended up having breakfast at the hotel restaurant two days anyway. It was excellent. The gym was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location (adjacent to The Zone and Rosebank Mall) is fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone.

Peaceful, Tranquility in the middle of a busy area is hard to find. Thats exactly what this place represents. Nice clean area with friendly stuff, coupled a Caring & Hands on Owner.     The city is lovely, especially if you want to shop around. Especially at Small street and Carlton Center and the China mall were you can find everything, from traditional clothes to household furniture and products, the street food was excellent was all traditional South African food👌

    Sandton is where I'd recommend visitors to stay. Affordable and reliable transport facilities - Gautrain, Bolt, private transfer services. I use BSD Shuttles. Nelson Mandela Square is a must; and Every shop you could ever want is at Sandton City ; along with a host of accommodation options to suit all budgets.

    Wonderful hotel with a great restaurant in a fun, safe area of Johannesburg. It is right on the border of a hopping, upscale mall with great food and fun shops. Extremely safe area. Staff was always helpful and genuinely wanted to be in the hospitality field. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

    I really enjoyed shopping. The malls are great and with a variety of outlets, offering many varied shopping options. I also enjoyed fine dinning. Excellent cuisine in Johannesburg. Many different types of restaurants offering all types of cuisines to meet global expectations from global citizens. The Mall of Africa, Sandton City, Gold Reef. The list is endless! Car hires easily accessible at reasonable prices, Uber and Bolt provide other options for easily moving around and about.

The porters and staff were excellent and ever so friendly. I lost an item in another hotel in the Sandton area. They were happy to help me contact them and chase it up. Love the decor as well and the interior design. I cannot wait to be back in Johannesburg and book with them again

    Wow what was not to like? This was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! Everything had a touch of class and luxury. The staff were excellent, the room was so spacious and incredibly comfortable. The gym and pool area was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and room service was also very good. The direct connection into the mall was also so convenient and made it so easy for us. Our time fly by staying at Sandton Sun and Towers and we were quite sad to leave.

    What an excellent hotel! The staff were all lovely, the taxi they organised for us from the airport was there waiting for us, his driving was the safest driving I’ve ever experienced in South Africa (his name is Mike) the breakfast buffet was brilliant too ! We couldn’t fault it. Oh and big shout out to the guys ferrying us around in the golf buggy! You were all amazing!
