The owner Tom, his family and the volunteer were super friendly. I felt very welcomed and like staying in a homestay. I really enjoyed my stay. Tom helped me with no extra costs to find a bus to the next city, organised me a cheap scooter and even invited me to join their family dinner. The hostel was clean, has hot water and big warm blankets. It's small, so you can easily connect with other guests and I felt like coming home when I returned in the evenings. The bathroom had enough toilets and sinks. Location is also great, near the lake and a supermarket.

The room is very comfort , clean . quiet and peaceful. Has lift. Walking distance to lake. Had a great stay here. . The staff is friendly and helpful .One of the young sweetie polite staff helped to solve the toilet bowl clogged problem. She is very helpful and pleasant. When we check out, the grab driver can't locate the hotel since it is a bit remote .. She helped us to instruct the driver since we don't speak vietnamese language. Lastly the driver took more than 15 minutes to locate the hotel .

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel! The apartments and rooms are cozy, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. We especially loved the comfortable window seats — perfect for enjoying a meal or a cup of coffee. Everything you need is provided for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent: there are plenty of great restaurants nearby with delicious food, lots of coffee shops, and even hair salons within walking distance. The staff deserves a special thank you — very friendly, helpful, and attentive. We absolutely loved everything and highly recommend this place to everyone. We’ll definitely come back again!

    It is strategic as it is located near to Xuan Huong Lake, Dalat Railway Station, Still Cafe and also Da Lat Night Market. Hospitality is definitely out of this world: they are able to accommodate to all of our needs and they are also very easy to communicate apart from the language barrier. The service feels like 5-star hotel. Very beautiful view in the morning too.

    The hotel is located right in the city center, making it very convenient to get to the market and Xuan Huong Lake. The staff provide excellent service, from housekeeping to the front desk everyone is attentive and kind. This is truly a hotel I highly recommend you try at least once when visiting Da Lat.

    The receptionist guides enthusiastically and warmly welcomes guests (The first impression when entering the hotel). The hotel has a motorbike rental service, people can rent a car to get around. The hotel's location is very close to the center, you can walk to Xuan Huong Lake and Da Lat Night Market. Hotel with full amenities: In particular, the rental cost here is quite cheap compared to other locations in the same segment. I have recommended this hotel to my friends
