Perfect location if you want to move by feet. The area is rich with cafes, restaurant, small stores and everything else you might need. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and comfortable, with a nice breakfast, spa service and even an Indian restaurant, but it is the staff in the reception desk that gives the edge to this hotel. Very polite from check in to check out, they arranged everything I asked for, from airport transfers to a rental motorcycle, and even two single-day-tours in close by destinations, one of which was a last minute notification. Of course, there are more expensive hotels in Hanoi, but here we felt like at home. Definitely recommended!

Beautiful and clean rooms, great location, the personnel were very kind and helpful. We had a great stay in Hanoi and we even went to Ha long bay trip - wonderful! We highly recommend it! 🫶🏼
