Location was in a great area, staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful, and the rooms were very nice and big. Beds so comfortable. Hotel upgraded us to a better room for free and the mini bar was complimentary. The pool and rooftop bar were so nice! The staffs are really nice...from the receptionist, she always ask anything that she could probably do for us to be more comfortable. The little lady from the restaurant with such sweet smile and offered and served everything from the menu plus the buffet breakfast that were really delicious . the cleaning lady that make up our room and provide us with very fresh smell of our beds and new towels every single day of our stay so comfortable that I just want to sleep the whole day😁 and the airport service that they provide is really nice and helpful..definitely I am going to make this hotel my home in Hanoi
