I had an amazing stay at Minerva Church Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located—close to everything yet calm and peaceful. From the moment I arrived, the experience was outstanding. Sunny gave me the warmest welcome and made me feel right at home from the very beginning. Her kindness and professionalism truly set the tone for my entire stay. Lisa was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout, always with a smile and ready to assist. And Thomas was fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and always there when I needed something. Big thanks to the whole team for making my stay so special. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to everyone I know!

The hotel was amazing, from the staff down to the room itself. It was in an amazing location with all the noise and bustle of Hanoi. They sent me a message before we arrived to ask if we would like a free upgrade to a connected room for our friend. We accepted and we were so happy that we did. When we arrived at the airport, we were asked by the hotel if we would like a taxi booking. We didn't accept straight away, until we arrived and realised how busy and chaotic it was (in a good way!). They got us a taxi sorted asap and even sent us the details of the driver. When we arrived we were given a glass of fresh juice each and a warm moist towelette to cleanse our faces after the long flight. The towelette had what we thought was jasmine on it. It was a beautiful welcome. David also helped us organise a wonderful trip to Ha Long Bay. The staff were lovely and so, so helpful. We are so excited to go back and see David, Mary and Lucas again. There were many other amazing staff, but I can't remember their names!

Very comfortable room with beautiful furnishings. Friendly and hospitable staff who helped us to call our taxi booking company to inform them of where to pick us up when the street was closed for the weekend market. Very central location right next to the Hoan Kiem lake and main shopping streets. Would definitely stay here again!
